For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act"), the data controller is Hatfield Philips International Limited (""HPI", "we", "our" or "us"). HPI is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (http://www.ico.gov.uk) under the registration number: Z9495238.

HPI is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of confidential and personal data relating to individuals who may be clients, staff, agents, lawyers, investors or others inside or outside HPI.

(d) If any HPI Group company is under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any HPI Group company, our clients, or others. You, as a data subject, have the rights under the Act in respect of your personal data held by us. These include, but are not limited to, the right:
(a) to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes;
(b) of access to the personal data HPI collects and holds about you, subject to the payment of a reasonable fee to HPI; and
(c) to review and have inaccurate personal data we hold about you corrected.

We like to keep our clients, personnel and other interested parties informed of our services or developments of interest to them. If you do not want to receive publications or details of services, events or seminars that we consider may be of interest to you, then please contact us at info@hatfieldphilips.com.

 

8. SECURITY
(a) Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username, user identification code or password which enables you to access certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping such username, user identification code or password confidential. We ask you not to share your username, user identification code or password with anyone;
