It is time again for HPI to hold an informational investor meeting at Canary Wharf. At the meeting, HPI will provide an overview of some loans which have been of particular interest from either a Primary Servicing or a Special Servicing perspective, together with brief updates of the status of those loans.
The Investor Update Meeting will address various loans from Windermere X CMBS Limited.

CRE loan refinancing

Recent restructurings of a number of CRE loans (SCI passim) alongside
the launch of the first post-crisis CMBS would suggest that the European
refinancing environment is improving – at least where prime assets are
concerned. However, market participants warn that while there is
increasing optimism for the future, the ability to find new debt capital
for refinancing in today’s market remains tough.
